Terms and Conditions | Daam Al-Qitaa for Maintenance and Cleaning

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing any order. By confirming your request, you agree to be legally bound by all policies outlined below:

1. Professional Responsibility

  • The Establishment commits to providing the requested services with high professionalism and care, adhering to the highest quality standards.
  • While all precautionary measures are taken to ensure perfect execution, the Establishment is not liable for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or malfunctions in the property, vehicle parts, or fixtures during or after the service. Services are provided based on the "as-is" condition of the assets.
  • Valuables: Our staff are not authorized to hold or accept responsibility for any valuables. The Establishment is not liable for the loss or damage of any items claimed to be left on-site. Customers are solely responsible for securing their valuables in a safe place.

2. Site Cleaning Terms

  • Pricing: Final prices are determined based on descriptive videos or an on-site technical assessment.
  • Payment: Service fees must be paid in advance via Point of Sale (POS), bank transfer, or cash, as per the prior agreement.
  • Disclosure of Defects: The client must inform the team of any existing defects that may be exacerbated by cleaning. The Establishment will not be held liable for changes in color, texture, or condition of items if the client failed to disclose sensitivities to water or chemicals.
  • Stubborn Stains: Some stains or deep-seated dirt may not be completely removable. The client acknowledges this possibility upon booking.
  • Standard Measurements: For upholstery cleaning, a "single seat" is calculated at a width of 50 cm to 60 cm.
  • Furniture Moving: Our team cleans visible and accessible areas only. Moving heavy furniture is done at the client’s request and remains their sole responsibility in case of any resulting damage.

3. Client Obligations at the Worksite

To ensure service quality, the client must provide the following:

  1. Access to water and electricity in all areas of the worksite.
  2. The site must be free of any other external contractors or workers during the service.
  3. The site must be cleared of construction debris (bricks, cement, sand, paint buckets, etc.). We do not provide debris removal services unless previously agreed upon for an additional fee.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Any rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment.
  • Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or paid fees.

5. Products and Car Wash Carts

  • Mobile Wash Carts: Once the manufacturing process for a custom cart has begun, fees are non-refundable.
  • Warranty/Returns: Returns are not accepted for car wash carts. Our liability is limited to repairing manufacturing defects at our expense.
  • Other Products: Returns are only accepted for unused items in their original shipping condition. The client bears all shipping costs.

6. General Provisions

  • Photography: We reserve the right to photograph our work for documentation and marketing purposes. If the client does not wish to be filmed, they must notify us in advance.
  • Electronic Agreement: Placing an order via phone, social media, WhatsApp, or the website constitutes a full and binding agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Amendments: The Establishment reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms are effective immediately upon being posted or communicated.
