Terms and Conditions for Sector Support Foundation Maintenance and Cleaning Services

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting any order. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to be bound by all the terms and policies outlined below.

1. Responsibility:

•We will provide the services requested from our service list with utmost professionalism and care, while adhering to the highest quality standards.

•The Sector Support Foundation for Maintenance and Cleaning will take all precautionary measures to ensure that its employees will perform the service perfectly, whether in vehicles or on sites.

The organization is not responsible for any damage or malfunction occurring to the sites, their spare parts, fences, or contents during or after the service is provided. The service is provided based on the condition of the assets as they are.

Cleaning staff are not authorized to accept or retain any valuables. The establishment is not responsible for the loss or damage of any valuables that the customer claims to have left on the premises. Customers are responsible for securing their valuables in a safe place.

3. Terms and conditions for site cleaning:

• Pricing: The price is agreed upon based on explanatory videos or an assessment from the technician.

• Payment: Service fees are paid in advance via point of sale, bank transfer, cash, or as otherwise agreed.

• Disclosure of defects: The client must inform the team of any defects on the site that may cause damage during the cleaning process.

• Stubborn stains: Some stains or dirt may not be completely removable. The client agrees to this .

• Materials used: The customer is obligated to inform the service team if the item is not washable or has an allergy to chemicals (detergents) or water.

If any traces or changes appear in the color, texture, or condition of the item without the customer informing the service team of the item's sensitivity, the organization will not be liable for any compensation.

The space allocated to one person on a sofa: In sofa sets, the space allocated to one person ranges from 50 cm to 60 cm.

• Service duration: The service duration depends on the workload. It may be longer or shorter than the initial estimates.

• Photography and consent: Our work may be photographed. If the client does not wish for this, we must be notified in advance .

• Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you must do so 48 hours in advance. Refunds or payments will not be issued without this notice.

• The team is committed to cleaning only the visible and public areas . If the client requests furniture to be moved or transported, this is done at their own risk in case of any damage.

Personal belongings within the site are the customer's responsibility, and the team is not responsible for their loss.

The client agrees to the following:

• Providing water and electricity in all parts of the work site.
• The site is free of any other workers.
• The site must be free of construction debris such as: (blocks, cement and sand, paint buckets, etc.) and we do not offer a service to transport them off the site.

Or this can be done if it is agreed upon in advance and its fees are calculated.

4. Products and vehicles.

• When purchasing mobile carts and after the carts have been manufactured, there is no refund of fees.
• Washing carts are not eligible for return except in the case of manufacturing defects, which are repaired at the expense of the company only.
• Other products are refundable only if they are unused and in the condition as shipped. Shipping fees are charged to the customer.

5. General Conditions:

The Maintenance and Cleaning Sector Support Foundation reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and the customer will be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms upon using the service after the amendment.

•Electronic consent: When ordering via telephone, social media or any other means, the customer is considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all the terms, and that you agree to abide by them when using the services of the Sector Support Foundation for Maintenance and Cleaning.
