Terms and Conditions for the Sector Support Foundation's Maintenance and Cleaning Services
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing any order. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to be bound by all the terms and policies outlined below.
1. Responsibility:
•We will provide the services requested from our list of services with professionalism and care, while adhering to the highest quality standards.
•The Maintenance and Cleaning Sector Support Establishment will take all precautionary measures to ensure that its employees will perform the service perfectly, whether in vehicles or on-site.
•The organization is not responsible for any damage or malfunction that occurs to vehicles, sites, spare parts, fences, or their contents during or after the service is provided. The service is provided based on the condition of the assets as is.
• Cleaning staff are not authorized to accept or keep any valuables. The establishment is not responsible for the loss or damage of any valuables claimed by the customer to have been left on the premises. Customers are responsible for securing their valuables in a safe place.
2. Terms and Conditions for Vehicles:
•Disclosure of faults: The customer must inform us of any known or suspected faults or problems with the vehicle, which may be exacerbated during the wash process.
• Insurance: The establishment is not responsible for insuring the vehicle against loss or theft during the car wash process. Vehicle insurance remains the customer's responsibility.
• Vehicle paint: Old, non-original, or peeling paint may be damaged during the washing process. The customer must inform us of any such defects before proceeding.
• Car lock: Some cars lock automatically after a short period of time. The company is not responsible for lost keys if they are left inside the car during a car wash.
• Delay: Service delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control (a previous customer is late, equipment malfunctions, or the condition of the vehicle requires additional time).
• Engine wash: Ensure there are no exposed wires in the vehicle's engine. Engine washes are performed at the customer's sole risk .
• Protections Notice: The client must inform our team of any protections such as “PPF” before starting work to ensure proper handling.
• Free Car Wash Card: Customers must present their card to the Amaq Al-Nazafa Auto Services team to have the visit stamped at the service location. The visit will not be counted if you do not request it upon arrival.
• Photography and consent: Some of our work may be photographed for marketing purposes. The client must inform us if they do not wish this to happen. Failure to do so constitutes implied consent.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling: When rescheduling an appointment, it must be done at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled time. The amount cannot be refunded after the order is completed, and it will remain in the customer's account to book another appointment.
3. Terms and Conditions for Site Cleaning:
• Pricing: The price is agreed upon based on demonstration videos or an evaluation from the technician.
• Payment: Service fees are paid in advance via points of sale, cash transfer, or in cash.
• Disclosure of Defects: The client must inform the team of any defects on site that may cause damage during the cleaning process.
• Stubborn stains: Some stains or dirt may not be completely removable. The customer agrees to this .
• Materials used: The customer is obligated to inform the service team if the item is not washable or has an allergy to chemicals (detergents) or water.
If any signs of damage or changes in the color, texture, or condition of the item appear without the customer informing the service team of the item's sensitivity, the establishment will not be liable for any compensation.
Space per person in sofa sets: The space per person in sofa sets ranges from 50 cm to 60 cm.
• Service duration: The service duration depends on the size of the work. It may be more or less than the initial estimates.
• Photography and approval: Our work may be photographed. If the client does not wish this, we must be informed in advance .
• Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, you must do so 48 hours in advance. Otherwise , your deposit will not be refunded .
Personal belongings inside the home are the customer's responsibility and the team is not responsible for their loss.

•The Sector Support Foundation for Maintenance and Cleaning reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and the customer is deemed to have accepted the amended terms upon use of the service following the amendment.
•Electronic consent: When ordering via telephone, social media, or any other means, the customer is deemed to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the terms, and that you agree to abide by them when using the services of the Sector Support Foundation for Maintenance and Cleaning.
