Post-Construction Cleaning in the Eastern Province
The property handed over ready to live in: construction debris gone, settled dust extracted from every surface, cement and paint residue off the floors and glass.
Why this is not ordinary cleaning
Construction dust is not household dust. It is fine enough to settle into every gap — on top of cabinets and inside them, in air conditioning ducts, behind doors. Sweeping it with a domestic vacuum puts it back into the air, and hours later it has settled again.
Cement spots and paint marks on tile and glass do not come off with soap and water. They need scraping and the right solvent, and the judgement to know when to stop before the surface is scratched.
We work with industrial extractors and fine filters, start at the ceiling and finish at the floor, and end with a full wash. You can move furniture in the next day.

Common questions
When should I book it?
After the contractor has finished and removed their equipment, and before furniture goes in. Cleaning before the work is done means paying for it twice.
How long does a villa take?
A mid-size villa usually takes a full day with four to six technicians. Floor area, storeys and the amount of debris decide it.
Do you remove paint from tiles?
Yes, by scraping with the appropriate solvent. Flag it in the price calculator — it adds time to the job.
Do you need power and water on site?
Yes, both, to run the equipment.
